• We use Australia post and your order should arrive within 7 business days
• You will be notified via email when we have sent your package.
• We cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times may be affected by many factors including but not limited to holidays, weekends and weather. We shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
• Please understand that dispatch time may take up to 3 days on top of shipping. However, we do our very best to reduce dispatch and shipping times where possible.
• All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We advise contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are applicable to you. Players Only is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.
